The final four candidates for the GOP presidential nomination debated in Arizona in what may have been their final debate of the primary season.

Millions of dollars’ worth of home and commercial construction has taken place in Sherwood this year, but the amount is down substantially, by about 61 percent, from 2010 levels.

A change may be brewing among planning leaders of Sherwood. Among some, there is a desire to require stricter building standards so Sherwood looks more appealing. On the other hand, those stricter standards do come at a higher building cost.
